2. Booking Policy

A. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when:

  • Confirmation is shared by our team via email/WhatsApp
B. Prices & Availability
  • All prices are subject to change based on airline, hotel, or vendor revisions.
  • Availability is not guaranteed until booking is finalized.
  • Seasonal surcharges, festive rates, or dynamic pricing may apply.

3. Payment Policy

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Online Payment Gateways
B. Payment Terms
  • Full or partial payment may be required depending on the service.
  • EMI options (if offered) depend on the payment provider.
  • Any additional charges by banks or payment gateways must be borne by the customer.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

A. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Cancellation charges depend on:

  • Airline rules
  • Hotel policies
  • Cruise line cancellation slabs
  • Package type and season

General guidelines (may vary as per vendor):

  • 30+ days before travel: Minimum cancellation fee
  • 15–30 days: 25%–50% deduction
  • 0–15 days: Non-refundable
B. Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed only after vendor approval.
  • Processing may take 7–21 working days.
  • Convenience & transaction fees are non-refundable.

5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

A. Customer Responsibilities

You must ensure:

  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
  • Correct spelling of names
  • Visa approvals (unless handled by us)
  • Travel insurance (recommended)
  • Accurate submission of documents
B. Our Responsibilities
  • We assist in:

    • Providing correct travel information
    • Coordinating bookings with suppliers
    • Offering itinerary support
    • Providing guidance based on available information

    We are not responsible for visa rejections, immigration delays, or flight schedule changes.

6. Itinerary Changes & Liability

A. Changes by Suppliers

Itineraries may change due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Technical issues
  • Airline rescheduling
  • Local regulations
  • Operational challenges

We will inform you of any changes as soon as possible.

B. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or loss due to events beyond our control, including:

    • Natural disasters
    • Political unrest
    • Strikes
    • Pandemics
    • Travel bans

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for:

  • International tours
  • Adventure activities
  • Cruise bookings
  • High-value trips

Insurance claims must be processed directly with the insurer.

  • Medical emergencies during travel
  • Personal loss or theft
  • Acts of third-party vendors

Our liability is limited only to the value of services purchased from us.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  • Efforts will be made to resolve them amicably
  • Jurisdiction will lie in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
  • Indian law shall apply
